Ways Food Productions has Changed Grassland
Grasslands are easily formed into deserts.Urbanisation and tourism have an impact on our grasslands.Food production in Grasslands are dependnet on naturally occurring rainfall in other words rain-fed but now irrigation has changed the way food grow due to climate change. Grasslcan occur naturally or as a result of human activity. Most of the grasslands that are results of human activity are usually because of deforestation. Even though it results into more agriculture, we aren't getting the produce that are needed from forest. After a while the area isn't suitable for agrculure with climate change affecting the plants growth and the survioval of the animals. Also if the area is not nurally rain-fed, the land would be irrigated. The soil is then adjusted with more essential plant nurients. Landscapes are also changed, undulating, land can be flatterned, steep slopes terraced, or stepped, and wetlands drained and land reclamination.
